a week agoBeen getting food here for years, and It's always great. I always get everything I ordered, and the quality is consistent. The family that runs it works very hard and food is usually ready in 15m or less. I don't trust any other Chinese restaurants, but this one is great. The inside of the restaurant could use a remodel, but that's only really an issue if you're eating inside, which I don't.

3 months agoWe had our very good Chinese Restaurant in Park Layne move to Centerville this month. So I tried Chinas Best in New Carlisle. I'm still sick a day later. I ordered mixed vegetable with shrimp and rice as normal, The other place was good. This was BAD. Instead of having it all in same bowl as other place, they had vegetable and shrimp in one container, rice is another container and also a container of brown gravy like sauce no Chinese Restaurant has ever served me. It was like brown mud. I'm sure it was this AWFUL brown sauce that made me sick. The other place good would wok fry this meal. Chinas Best steamed it and it had no taste, so I guess the brown sauce they give is to be added. The Brown Sauce made me sick. .....So I tried Chinas Best, I will NEVER go back. Like food poison, it hit me by 60 minutes after I ate it. I took my left over plate, brown sauce and egg rolls and threw it all in garbage. ...I've never had a problem with any Chinese Restaurant until now. I'm not sure why everything in meal was separate containers, no other Chines Restaurant does that to mixed vegetable and shrimp. The tub of brown sauce, no other Chinee Restaurant has ever gave me that, and it was AWFUL. It looked and smelled like cat diarrhea.....For Me, Chinas Best was Chinas Worst.....NEVER AGAIN.....I'll live, but 24 hours later, and my stomach is still having a Chinese rebellion.

a year agoChina's best? Not even New Carlisle's best. Drive down 235 and get Misolsol China, where the food it actually good and the owners are friendly. This place does have cheap prices, but the food just tastes off compared to other Chinese Restaurants. The inside of the restaurant is dirty and they are very rude.

Edited 4 years agoFood, like this crab Ragon is burned to a crisp, will they replace? No, they blame it on china sending them burnt food, they yell at you, like your trying to rip them off, will they replace? No, the woman is mean, very rude, the place is alway dirty. Ya, order at your own risk. Aug. 19. 20221. Just went there today to order some food, the woman was very rude, even to the point of hostel, she told me "quote: We no sever you. I said what? We no cooking for you anymore, you not welcome!, i said why?, you no like our food, i said, i only complained about the burnt Crab Ragon, she said, you leave, no come here anymore, it was embarrassing and humiliating, i went out, took a picture of there store front, she came out and walked around my vehicle taking pictures. See pics. Now i feel threatened, why would she take pics of my vehicle, and my license number, there business is on the website. The only thing i did was complain about the burnt Ragon, 1st time, i didn't say anything, the 2nd time i complained.

Edited 5 years agoThey have great prices, especially their lunch promotions. You have to call your orders in over the phone instead of placing an order online which seems super outdated to me. Seems like they should be up to date and be able to have an online ordering option. When ordering over the phone the staff is somewhat rude and seems like they've rushed to get you off the phone, when I go inside I never hear a welcome greeting or a thank you, the food is great but I feel like they could be a little bit more polite
